As a Clinical Applications Specialist, you will be at the nexus of clinical practice and cutting-edge technology. Your ability to bridge these two worlds will be instrumental in realizing the full potential of our diagnostic imaging solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to advancements in patient treatment and outcomes.
Develop comprehensive expertise in products, clinical applications, workflows, and software for Nuclear Medicine and PET modalities, specifically supporting GE Healthcare’s Neurology and Oncology radiopharmaceutical portfolio. This includes Vizamyl, DaTscan, Cerianna, and DaTQUANT quantification software.
Deliver engaging on-site and virtual customer training, manage pre-training coordination, provide crucial patient go-live support, and offer ongoing post-go-live assistance throughout the product lifecycle. Coordinate these training events according to company schedules.
Cultivate robust customer relationships by engaging directly with physicians, nurses, technologists, and administrative staff. Act as the primary liaison between customers and GE Healthcare.
Partner with Field Sales teams to execute pre-sale activities, including image reviews, DaTQUANT quantification demonstrations, and technical product support.
Represent GEHC RadioPharma products at conferences, speaking engagements, and customer events, contributing to clinical education and presenting Continuing Education credits to technologists and Reader Training to Imagers.
Relay critical product intelligence, including customer feedback, opportunities, and competitive insights, to internal stakeholders such as Management, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs. Participate in work streams focused on clinical and business processes as required.
Possess a CNMT or equivalent certification specific to Nuclear Medicine.
Accumulate a minimum of 4 years of clinical imaging experience, with at least 3 years focused on Nuclear Medicine and PET modalities. Prior experience with Vizamyl, DaTscan, or Cerianna is preferred.
Demonstrate comfort and proficiency working within a clinical and patient-focused environment.
Be prepared for extensive travel, estimated at 85% or more (4-5 days per week, including overnights and occasional weekends) across the US and Canada. This travel will involve various modes of transportation for onsite customer education and training.
Reside within one hour of a major airport to facilitate travel requirements.
Exhibit proficiency in software applications such as Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Ability to navigate computer and web-based tools, including intranet, internet, and applications, as well as CRM systems, is essential.
Show aptitude for learning specialized industry-specific software and delivering digital education and training solutions. Familiarity with viewing software like MIM, Hermes, and Syngo is advantageous.
Successfully register with one or more vendor credentialing services as required by customer hospitals. This process may involve providing proof of immunizations (MMR, Hepatitis) and undergoing drug testing.
Must reside within the designated territory (Northeast US) and maintain a commute of under one hour to a major US airport.
