Join our team as a Clinical Application Specialist, focusing on Women's Health and Gynecology ultrasound. In this role, you'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional clinical and operational expertise, providing high-quality education and training support for our Women’s Health ultrasound portfolio.

As a clinical expert, you will champion evidence-based practice and support both our customers and commercial teams throughout the entire process, from pre-sale to post-implementation. Your contribution will involve delivering effective, outcome-based education and training solutions.

Furthermore, this position plays a key role in shaping the future of women's health ultrasound. You will identify long-term clinical trends, emerging technologies, unmet clinical needs, and new application areas. Collaborating closely with the Women’s Health Segment Manager and Product Manager, you will help develop and execute strategies for entering new markets and care areas. This includes engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), key accounts, and supporting targeted educational initiatives to drive adoption and clinical excellence across the Central Eastern European zone.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive in-site and remote training sessions to external customers, ensuring effective knowledge transfer of clinical and technical information.

Serve as a clinical expert, adept at resolving complex, day-to-day customer challenges and meeting specific requirements.

Design and implement customized training programs, incorporating digital and online learning solutions, to cater to diverse customer needs.

Analyze local market dynamics and customer requirements, leveraging deep product and clinical insight to support and execute commercial strategies.

Collaborate with Segment and Product Managers to formulate strategies for expanding into new healthcare sectors and markets.

Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), key accounts, and clinical partners to uncover growth avenues and influence clinical adoption strategies.

Identify, develop, and support strategic educational initiatives, such as workshops, congresses, and training programs, aligned with key growth objectives.

Train and provide support to internal teams (both direct and indirect) on new technologies, ensuring the effective deployment of educational tools and resources.

Monitor competitive offerings and market trends to strategically position our solutions.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, coupled with relevant clinical or technical experience in ultrasound, is required.

Demonstrated experience working with ultrasound systems, ideally within the Women’s Health domain, is essential.

Possess a strong grasp of clinical education principles, effective training methodologies, and implementation processes.

Exhibit a proven ability to articulate complex information clearly and adapt communication styles for various audiences.

Willingness to undertake extensive travel, estimated at 75%, including frequent overnight stays, is necessary.

A valid driving license is mandatory.

Proficiency in the English language is required.

Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating excellent organizational and time management capabilities, is key.

Desirable attributes include excellent oral and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving acumen, a self-motivated and proactive approach with high accountability, and a customer- and growth-oriented mindset with a drive for innovation. A collaborative spirit and team-player mentality are also highly valued. Prior experience in the medical equipment sector, particularly in ultrasound, would be a significant advantage.
