Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex software solutions and infrastructure. Solve challenging technical issues, performing coding, debugging, and testing throughout the development lifecycle. Provide advanced technical guidance to optimize current solutions and explore emerging technologies, driving continuous improvement. Collaborate with peers across Development & Engineering and Architecture teams to engineer leading-edge solutions. Ensure adherence to relevant processes, procedures, and technical standards while contributing to their evolution.

Requires advanced proficiency in designing, developing, and debugging solutions, with deep knowledge of C#, Java, or Python. Must possess 10+ years of applied experience in software or platform engineering, including experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub and ADO. Familiarity with fine-tuning language models, embedding models for NLP tasks, and designing agentic systems is essential. Experience designing evaluation frameworks for AI models and agents is also required. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred. Experience with container orchestration systems like Kubernetes and container engines like Docker is highly desirable.
