Experience with CI/CD using tools like GitHub and ADO is essential.

Proficiency in fine-tuning language models for tasks such as text generation, summarization, and question answering is required. Familiarity with embedding models for NLP applications like similarity matching and clustering, as well as designing and implementing agentic systems, is crucial. Ability to design robust AI model evaluation frameworks, including metrics development and performance benchmarking, is also key.

An ideal candidate will have experience in Data Management/Supply Chain, Finance & Accounting, and Analytics/Reporting solutions. Familiarity with modern delivery methodologies and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is advantageous. Proven experience with container orchestration systems such as Kubernetes and container engines like Docker is highly desirable.

We are looking for a self-starter who is an independent thinker, curious, creative, and ambitious. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or a related field, coupled with over 10 years of applied experience in software or platform engineering, is preferred.
