This position is key to identifying, handling, and executing product strategies. You will interact with senior leadership, acting as the primary contact for all product aspects, from strategy and user experience to development and deployment. The role continuously evaluates product vision to meet evolving business and user needs, ensuring value delivery and budget adherence.

Accountable for aligning products with the firm’s broader mission and strategy, this role drives competitive positioning and expands EY's technological footprint. A solid understanding of Azure-based architectures, data and AI platforms, and modern DevOps practices is essential for effective collaboration with globally distributed development teams.

Define and maintain realistic delivery plans for large projects, ensuring disciplined software lifecycle management and adherence to quality gates and CI/CD processes. Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, managing a team of product professionals and software delivery lifecycle roles.

Provide matrix leadership and coaching, establish and enforce story quality standards, and act as a thought leader ensuring product alignment with organizational strategy. Drive strategy development, establish priorities, and manage the roadmap by articulating valuable market problems and their solutions.

Act as the customer advocate, collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to meet business case and customer satisfaction goals. Develop new products and improvements, ensuring they support operational excellence and technology modernization objectives. Execute product plans, translate architectural direction into deliverables, and demonstrate completed product functionality.

A strong foundation in software engineering lifecycle principles, DevOps pipelines, and Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) is imperative. You must be able to assess technical risks, interpret architecture, and translate them into clear, testable work items. Manage the full product lifecycle, including market requirements, release plans, user stories, and launch activities.

Collect business and technical input to define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with architecture and platform capabilities. Partner with internal customers to validate requirements and refine them for broad market applicability. Collaborate with UX, business analysts, and engineers to define product functionality and design solutions that deliver differentiating value.

Monitor market changes and trends to assess competitive positioning and opportunities for enhancements. Provide regular updates on product direction and release plans to senior partners and clients. Monitor and report on delivery metrics to ensure delivery health and drive continuous improvement. A technically fluent, outcome-driven product leader with strategic thinking and the ability to manage complex technical dependencies is sought.
