We are looking for advanced technical proficiency in solution design, development, and debugging. Expertise in one or more of C#, Java, or Python is essential. A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred, alongside over 10 years of applied experience.

Significant experience in software or platform engineering is required. Technical knowledge in delivering software/platform engineering solutions, providing comprehensive advice, and managing user requirements is crucial. Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub and ADO is necessary.

Familiarity with fine-tuning language models for tasks like text generation and summarization is advantageous. Knowledge of embedding models for NLP tasks and experience designing agentic systems that combine AI models with external tools are also beneficial. The ability to design robust evaluation frameworks for AI models and agents is key.
