Cultivate strong collaborative relationships with peers across Development & Engineering and Architecture teams to engineer cutting-edge solutions. Take a lead role in workgroups, establishing clear expectations and structures for successful project delivery. Uphold and contribute to the maintenance and implementation of technology standards and processes.

Possess advanced proficiency in designing, developing, and debugging software solutions, with deep knowledge in C#, Java, or Python. Requires over 10 years of applied experience in software or platform engineering, including experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub and ADO. Experience with fine-tuning language models for tasks such as text generation or summarization, and understanding embedding models for NLP applications is essential. Familiarity with designing agentic systems and robust AI model evaluation frameworks is also required. Ideally, you bring certifications from Microsoft, Google, or AWS, and proven experience with container orchestration systems like Kubernetes and Docker.
