Champion consistency in processes, procedures, standards, and technical design, while actively supporting the definition, maintenance, and implementation of technology standards.

Demonstrate advanced technical proficiency in designing, developing, and debugging complex solutions. Possess in-depth knowledge of at least one of the following: C#, Java, or Python. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or a related discipline is preferred. We require a minimum of 10 years of applied professional experience, with significant relevant experience in either an internal or external software or platform engineering role, or a comparable position.

Exhibit strong technical knowledge and practical experience in delivering software/platform engineering solutions, providing comprehensive technical advice, and adeptly managing user requirements. Expertise in CI/CD delivery using code management, configuration management, and automation tools such as GitHub and ADO is essential. Proficiency in fine-tuning language models for specific tasks like text generation, summarization, or question answering is required.

Knowledge of embedding models and their application in NLP tasks, including similarity matching, clustering, and information retrieval, is crucial. Familiarity with designing and implementing agentic systems that integrate AI models with external tools or environments for autonomous decision-making is necessary. The ability to design robust evaluation frameworks for AI models and agents, including metrics development, A/B testing, and performance benchmarking, is expected.

Ideally, you will also possess Microsoft, Google, or AWS certifications, experience with modern delivery methodologies, and significant proven experience in building applications using container-orchestration systems like Kubernetes and container engines like Docker.
