Drive complex project delivery by tackling escalated technical challenges, including coding, debugging, and troubleshooting throughout the development lifecycle. We are seeking an individual with advanced technical proficiency in designing, developing, and debugging complex solutions. Expertise in at least one of the following is essential: DotNet, C#, Java, or Python. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should possess over 10 years of applied experience in software or platform engineering. Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub and ADO is required, along with experience in fine-tuning language models, utilizing embedding models for NLP tasks, and designing agentic systems. Experience with designing robust evaluation frameworks for AI models and agents is also crucial. Ideally, you will also have certifications from Microsoft, Google, or AWS, experience with modern delivery methodologies, and proven expertise in container orchestration systems like Kubernetes and Docker.
