This pivotal role involves developing advanced AI solutions, managing projects from conception through to deployment, and providing mentorship to emerging engineers. You'll be instrumental in shaping the future of AI at EY.

Lead the creation and refinement of sophisticated machine learning models. Architect and implement scalable AI systems, integrating diverse data sources. Manage the setup and operation of CI/CD pipelines, Docker environments, and NoSQL databases. Mentor junior engineers, imparting best practices and new technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI solutions into core business processes. Design rigorous experiments using advanced scientific methodologies and validate outcomes meticulously. Spearhead the design, development, and deployment of AI agents powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), overseeing prompt engineering strategies for optimal performance and integrating these agents into enterprise applications.

An advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline is preferred. Essential qualifications include strong leadership abilities and a proven history of mentoring junior engineers. You must possess in-depth knowledge of cloud-based AI deployment and scaling solutions, coupled with experience in advanced testing strategies like A/B, unit, and integration tests. Demonstrated experience in building and deploying LLM-powered AI agents in production, alongside a deep understanding of prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, and responsible AI practices are crucial. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch are also key.
