This role is for a Client Support Specialist within the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) sector, focusing on TAX and Global Compliance & Reporting. We assist TMT companies in navigating industry convergence, creating excellent employee and customer experiences, and achieving operational excellence while protecting their data and brand. Our Tax GCR teams offer connected services across all tax disciplines, leveraging insights and technology to help clients make better business decisions and manage tax obligations effectively.

Manage, organize, and analyze client support data using advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Provide hands-on support for tax compliance and global reporting processes within a client service environment. Execute routine client support tasks with accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. Assist with documentation, tracking, and reporting requirements by applying working knowledge of general consulting practices. Support cross-functional tax compliance activities and ensure the delivery of high-quality work products.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Support. We are looking for individuals who can collaborate effectively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
