Provide technical excellence in client support, leveraging proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and documentation. Support client engagements by ensuring accurate tracking, effective coordination, and timely issue resolution. Demonstrate a strong understanding of consulting support processes within risk and controls environments. Prepare and maintain structured client deliverables with a keen focus on data quality. Assist in managing process and control activities to ensure seamless day-to-day client support.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Commerce degree and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Support. We are seeking individuals who can collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, problem-solving approach to complex issues is essential, along with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
