Key responsibilities include the accurate and timely processing of medical claims, handling claims that bypass automatic adjudication, and maintaining proficiency across various product lines. You will develop a strong understanding of plan concepts such as deductibles, coinsurance, copays, and out-of-pocket expenses, including state-specific variations. Adherence to all company policies, procedures, and directives, including flexible work arrangements, is paramount.

This role requires candidates with a Graduation degree (B.Tech, BE, MBA, B.Pharm, M.Pharm are explicitly not eligible). Proficiency in MS Office is expected. We seek result-oriented individuals with strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent analytical abilities, and effective decision-making capabilities. Candidates should demonstrate solid interpersonal skills, an openness to constructive criticism for professional growth, and proven critical thinking abilities. The capacity to multitask, manage multiple products and benefit levels, maintain focus during repetitive tasks, and possess good English typing speed and accuracy are essential. Willingness to work night shifts is required.
