This executive role offers a unique opportunity to shape the financial and operational trajectory of a hyper-growth technology company. You will collaborate directly with founders and the leadership team, influencing company strategy, capital deployment, fundraising, and long-term value creation. This position is instrumental in building the financial infrastructure necessary for a company operating at exceptional speed and scale, addressing critical questions about investment, growth, evolving AI economics, and public market readiness.

As Chief Financial Officer, you will:

- Partner closely with founders on company strategy and long-range planning, overseeing financial planning, forecasting, and resource allocation. - Develop investment evaluation frameworks for product, infrastructure, growth, and enterprise initiatives, influencing pricing, monetization, and expansion. - Lead all future financing activities, cultivating relationships with investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners. - Collaborate with founders on board management and investor communications, preparing the company for eventual public market readiness. - Manage company-wide forecasting, KPI tracking, and operating reviews, working with Product and Engineering on infrastructure investment decisions. - Establish robust frameworks for modeling costs, compute efficiency, gross margins, and capital efficiency. - Build and scale a world-class finance organization, encompassing accounting, tax, treasury, audit, compliance, and risk management. - Implement systems, controls, and processes to support global operational scale.

- Proven experience scaling a technology company from approximately $100M revenue towards $500M+ revenue. - Demonstrated success in leading fundraising efforts and managing investor relationships. - A strong foundation in strategic finance, capital allocation, and business operations. - Exceptional communication skills and executive presence. - The ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. - High ownership mentality, sound judgment, and a deep curiosity for technology.

Beneficial experience includes AI, developer tools, infrastructure software, cloud, or SaaS environments, as well as backgrounds in investment banking, growth equity, venture capital, corporate development, or preparing companies for IPOs. Experience working within founder-led organizations is also highly valued.
