This role is crucial for managing statutory financial statements, IFRS reporting, and collaborating with auditors. You'll act as a subject matter expert in accounting and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory changes and implementing robust controls. The position involves overseeing accounting operations, managing month-end close, and analyzing financial results to provide key insights for management.

Prepare and review statutory financial statements, including notes to accounts, under IND AS and IFRS. Coordinate effectively with statutory, internal, and group auditors to ensure smooth and timely audit completion.

Serve as the accounting and reporting subject matter expert, evaluating accounting standards and regulatory changes, and implementing necessary controls and processes. Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and adherence to internal controls.

Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, analyzing P&L and Balance Sheet variances. Prepare comprehensive management presentations and performance dashboards. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives, resolve complex financial reporting queries, and support regulatory, banking, tax, and management information requirements.

A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 6 years of post-qualification experience is essential.

Proficiency in accounting standards such as Ind AS and IFRS, along with a strong understanding of financial reporting regulations, is required. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are a must.

Demonstrate initiative and the capacity to work independently, while also possessing the skills to manage a team of qualified and semi-qualified Chartered Accountants. Familiarity with databases and the ability to analyze and summarize large volumes of data using Excel are beneficial.
