We are seeking a Change Management & Adoption Analyst to champion the successful integration and value realization of enterprise AI, automation, and process enhancement initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring end-users and stakeholders effectively embrace new solutions and working methodologies through strategic change management, training, and communication efforts. You will collaborate closely with program and process leads to synchronize change activities with project timelines and desired business outcomes.

Develop and implement comprehensive change management and adoption strategies for AI, automation, and process improvement solutions. Create engaging training materials, user guides, and enablement resources to foster end-user readiness and sustained adoption. Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for affected user groups. Facilitate seamless end-user onboarding and meticulously monitor usage to identify potential adoption gaps or risks. Prepare and disseminate clear communications to stakeholders regarding solution, process, and workflow modifications. Actively solicit user feedback, analyze adoption trends, and pinpoint any impediments to adoption or value realization. Partner with Program Managers and Process/Value Analysts to align change initiatives with project milestones and objectives. Foster collaboration across various teams to ensure unified messaging and a cohesive change management approach. Maintain meticulous records of change plans, training collateral, and adoption metrics. Uphold ethical standards and comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Possess strong written and verbal communication abilities, adept at engaging diverse stakeholder audiences. Demonstrated experience in developing training content and facilitating enablement sessions. Solid understanding of change management and adoption best practices. Capability to gather and transform user feedback into actionable insights. Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A collaborative spirit, with a track record of working effectively across technical and business domains. Mandatory competencies include Delivery Management (Portfolio Management, Margins & Revenue, Forecasting), PMO (Planning & Scheduling), Data & AI (GEN AI, Advanced GenAI & Agentic Framework Concepts), and Behavioral Skills (Communication and Collaboration).
