As a thought leader, you will leverage your expertise in the ITIL framework and Service Management tools to identify process exceptions, recommend solutions, and train user populations. You'll play a key role in analyzing performance metrics, coordinating senior-level meetings to address change failures, and contributing to continuous service improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include designing and assessing performance analysis of daily Change processes to ensure stability of IT applications and effectiveness of procedures. You will examine critical success factors, key performance indicators, and other metrics to identify root causes of change failures and drive improvements.
Engage with Incident, Problem, and Release Management teams as a thought leader in major outage discussions. Collaborate on the design, build, and maintenance of CMDB. Drive adherence to compliance standards and develop practices to improve compliance mandates.
Lead meetings to review KPIs and metrics, driving continuous improvement and production stability. Research, recommend, and implement updates to Service Management tools, partnering with Quality Management and Automation teams. Develop and deliver training materials to embed Change process knowledge across the IT organization.
We are looking for a candidate with a college degree in a related technology field or comparable job experience. A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in an Operational/Service Management role is required, with at least 3-5 years specifically in Change Management.
Essential knowledge includes a comprehensive understanding of ITIL processes, particularly Change Management, with a proven ability to leverage ITIL for process enhancement. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative skills are necessary, along with advanced oral, presentation, and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and knowledge sharing tools like SharePoint are expected. Willingness to work on automation initiatives, during weekends, and in rotational shifts is also required.
