Join Boston Consulting Group's Change Management and Communications Center of Expertise (CoE) as a Senior Specialist. This role focuses on enhancing the digital workforce experience for employees by supporting product portfolios.

You will collaborate within a team of experts to influence how BCG employees work, make decisions, and adopt new digital tools. This position is internal-facing, concentrating on company-wide marketing, communications, and change management initiatives, rather than client-facing projects.

Key responsibilities include executing change strategies for digital products to drive adoption and embedding desired behaviors.

This involves conducting stakeholder and change impact assessments, developing risk mitigation plans, and crafting strategic, user-focused communication plans and content.

Other duties include developing training materials, tracking change management metrics, engaging with agile teams to understand roadmaps, and articulating upcoming changes. You will also manage stakeholder expectations, coordinate across workstreams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.

We are looking for candidates with 4-6 years of dedicated experience in change management, with consulting or project management backgrounds being a significant advantage.

Experience operating within an agile environment is preferred, alongside exposure to behavioral science or related fields. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential.

While not strictly required, a change management certification and a university degree demonstrating high academic achievement are beneficial. A passion for structuring and solving complex problems is also highly valued.
