Create and publish web content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), adhering to stakeholder specifications. Manage content, including images and videos, ensuring quality control and visual aesthetics. Troubleshoot and maintain web pages for optimal performance. Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and approvers to meet publication deadlines. Utilize CMS expertise to select appropriate templates and modules for marketing objectives. Work effectively with global teams, demonstrating professionalism and adaptability.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree is required, alongside a minimum of 5 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Strong understanding of AEM, including page maintenance and performance optimization. Familiarity with CMS functionalities and web content best practices is essential.

An understanding of HTML and experience with visual asset management are considered advantageous. Possess a proactive mindset for learning and taking on additional responsibilities. Excellent project coordination skills and attention to detail are highly valued for this role.
