You'll collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless planning, onboarding, documentation, and optimization of technology platforms and tools. This position is instrumental in advancing our technology enablement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include supporting the planning and execution of BMC technology initiatives using agile and waterfall methodologies, ensuring timely milestone delivery across the tech stack. You will build and maintain strong partnerships with onshore and offshore technology teams, product owners, and business leaders. Additionally, you'll provide strategic consultation on technology solutions, lead cost estimation and budgeting, and negotiate with vendors. Addressing technical conflicts, driving emerging technology implementation, and managing change initiatives across complex organizational structures are also critical aspects of this role.

A minimum of 10 years of corporate experience, with at least 8 years in core technology enablement project management, is required. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Essential skills include exceptional written and verbal communication, setting up project governance frameworks, and creating/managing project artifacts like plans, RACI charts, and risk registers. Hands-on experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies, strong organizational and structured thinking abilities, and a proven track record of building senior management relationships are crucial. Flexibility to support various global time zones is also necessary.
