As a Supervising Associate – Operations Coordinator, you will focus on Brand & Marketing (B&M) operations management, with a component of project coordination. Key responsibilities include resolving operational issues to maintain service excellence and client satisfaction, and managing stakeholder relationships to ensure timely task delivery. You will also facilitate cross-departmental collaboration for improved operational efficiency and client-focused outcomes.

Your role will involve analyzing and optimizing business processes, as well as performing data analysis for informed decision-making and operational improvements. This includes data cleansing, updating project forms, and managing project assets. You will orchestrate deployment activities, manage workflow operations through shared mailboxes and ticketing, and contribute to budget planning, reporting, and expense monitoring.

Additionally, you will assist in project planning, execution, and closure, including resource allocation and timeline management. Procurement support, risk identification and mitigation, and web management for EY.com pages are also part of the role. You will handle documentation, event support such as analyst briefing books and webcast operations, and coordinate meetings, including drafting minutes and conducting research.

Developing leadership and communication skills to motivate colleagues, manage conflicts, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders is crucial. Proficiency in data analysis and operations/project management tools is expected to drive success in this dynamic role.

To excel in this role, you should possess 8-10 years of overall experience, with 4-5 years in relevant operations coordination. A Bachelor's or Master's degree is required. Flexibility to support UK/US time zones and prior experience working with global clients are essential.

Ideally, you will have practical experience with MS Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, Teams, Power BI, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Experience building ey.com pages is preferred, along with a good understanding of brand, marketing, and communications. Familiarity with project management concepts and methodologies, and an aptitude for continuous learning, including readiness for Generative AI, will be highly beneficial.

Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT) is a must. Hands-on experience with Modern SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft OneDrive, and tools like ChatGPT/Co-Pilot is expected. Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, and Jira is also valuable.
