Join EY's Creative Center of Excellence (CoE) as a Supervising Associate — Senior Multimedia Specialist and shape the future with confidence. This in-house agency role involves delivering high-impact, on-brand creative solutions across multiple media platforms. You'll be instrumental in creating experiences that are strategically precise and deeply human, aligning with EY's brand and business objectives.

Conceptualize and produce compelling multimedia collaterals, including motion graphics for campaigns, events, and social media. Create website content, research and curate high-quality images, and edit videos to tell impactful stories. You will also develop storyboards from scripts, communicate effectively with clients to understand design briefs, and present unique, innovative design concepts.

Exceed expectations for quality, turnaround time, and efficiency while adhering strictly to EY brand standards and guidelines. Mentor junior team members on creative production best practices and stay updated on the latest design trends. Seamlessly manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.

A Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in visual communication, design, multimedia, 3D animation, or a related field is required. Possess excellent skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, and Photoshop. Working knowledge of 3D software like Cinema 4D, Blender, and Unity 3D game engine is a significant advantage.

Demonstrate strong video editing and motion graphics animation capabilities, coupled with a keen aesthetic and visual sense. Experience in team management and strong visual design skills are essential. A user-centric mindset with a creative, innovative, and analytical approach is highly valued. You should have 10+ years of relevant experience in multimedia and design.
