Join EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence as a Senior Graphic Designer and contribute to building a better working world through impactful creative solutions. This role focuses on visual design, delivering high-quality, on-brand creative assets that align with business objectives. You'll collaborate with various teams to translate creative concepts into compelling collateral across multiple platforms, ensuring strategic precision and deeply human experiences.

Conceptualize and design a wide range of branding materials including brochures, infographics, presentations, and social media collateral. Uphold EY brand guidelines while consistently exceeding expectations for aesthetics, quality, and efficiency. Stay abreast of the latest design trends and mentor junior team members. Effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and communicate design ideas to clients, offering unique and innovative solutions. Take ownership of design projects and act as an independent design consultant.

A Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Graphic Design or a related field is required. Essential skills include a user-centric mindset, strong typography, layout, and infographic design abilities. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and exceptional attention to detail are crucial. Familiarity with current visual trends and an aptitude for art direction are highly valued. Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and Adobe Document Cloud is necessary. Experience in developing various marketing collaterals and working with global clients is preferred. Team management experience is also a requirement.
