As a Senior Associate — Senior Document Specialist, you will be instrumental in bringing creative concepts to life, ensuring strategic alignment with EY's brand and business goals.

This role involves collaborating with workflow coordinators, art directors, and content teams to translate creative ideas into compelling collaterals using MS-based applications. You'll leverage your keen eye for design principles and aesthetics to deliver outstanding creative outputs while working within brand guidelines and pushing creative boundaries.

Conceptualize and produce a wide range of marketing collaterals, including placemats, infographics, presentations, proposals, newsletters, posters, and banners using MS-based applications.

Engage effectively with clients to understand design briefs and share innovative ideas, ensuring unique and impactful design solutions.

Consistently meet and exceed expectations for aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, and efficiency while strictly adhering to EY brand standards and guidelines.

Mentor junior team members on best practices for applying creativity in a production environment and stay updated on the latest design trends.

Seamlessly manage multiple creative projects concurrently with minimal supervision and guidance.

A Bachelor's degree or College diploma, preferably in Graphic Design or a related field, is required.

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop is essential.

Possession of 5+ years of relevant professional experience is necessary for this role.

Ideally, candidates will have intermediate or basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Interactive PDF, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and motion graphics, along with team management experience.
