Join EY as a Senior Art Director within our Creative Services team at the Global Delivery Services (GDS) Creative Center of Excellence. This in-house agency role is pivotal in developing high-impact, on-brand creative solutions that build a better working world.

As a leader, you'll blend creative vision with strategic thinking, guiding the team and acting as a design thought leader. Your expertise will ensure all creative outputs are strategically sound, user-centric, and aesthetically compelling across various platforms.

You will drive creative brainstorms, aligning deliverables with EY's brand and business objectives. Your role involves elevating creative concepts, storyboards, and art direction for diverse projects.

Lead creative strategy and visual direction for diverse collaterals, ensuring brand alignment and user focus.

Mentor and develop the creative team, elevating capabilities beyond design execution to strategic brand building.

Provide art direction for various formats including brochures, presentations, infographics, motion graphics, and social media content.

Develop strategically sound concepts, utilizing rapid prototyping and storyboarding from conception to post-production.

Ensure adherence to EY brand guidelines, meeting or exceeding quality, turnaround, budget, and efficiency expectations.

Stay abreast of design trends, advocating for their adoption within the team and with clients.

Proactively identify opportunities to integrate pop culture and innovative techniques for exceptional user experiences.

A user-centric approach with a creative, innovative, and analytical mindset.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe DC, and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Demonstrated experience in digital, social, and integrated media campaigns.

Strong understanding of social media platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest.

Exceptional visual design skills and creative thinking capabilities.

A minimum of 12 years' overall experience in a fast-paced global environment.

Prior art direction experience, preferably from leading agencies.
