You will also coordinate leadership email setups, develop SharePoint toolkits, manage webcast logistics, maintain distribution lists via One Access, and submit intranet/Broadcast Center update tickets. Collaboration with internal teams on multiple projects is essential.

A strong candidate will possess 8-10 years of overall experience, with 7-9 years specifically in Communications and Engagement. A Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in English Literature, Mass Communication, or Journalism, is preferred. Essential skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and SharePoint, alongside familiarity with tools like Broadcast Center and One Access. Excellent organizational, project management, communication, and collaboration abilities are vital for success in this role.
