Conceptualize and design a wide array of branding materials, including brochures, infographics, presentations, and social media assets. Ensure all creative output strictly adheres to EY brand guidelines, consistently meeting and exceeding expectations for aesthetics, quality, and efficiency. Stay abreast of the latest design trends and share insights with team members and clients. Mentor junior designers on best practices and effectively manage multiple projects, prioritizing deadlines to ensure timely delivery. Communicate clearly with clients to understand design briefs, share innovative ideas, and guide them towards optimal design choices. Act as an independent design consultant, taking ownership of projects and providing responsive client support.

A Bachelor's degree or college diploma, preferably in Graphic Design or a related field, is required. Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Document Cloud (Interactive Media) is essential. Strong visual design capabilities, flawless typography skills, and a keen sense of layout are crucial. Excellent comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to persuade and interact effectively in a fast-paced environment.
