As a key member of the Global Analyst Relations team, you will develop and execute comprehensive programs. You'll manage critical relationships with top industry analysts across diverse areas like AI, technology, innovation, sustainability, and specialized sector services. Reporting to the Global Analyst Relations Lead, your work will accelerate and refine our AR program, fostering stronger analyst relationships, providing strategic counsel, and collaborating with sales enablement to leverage analyst support for deal progression.

Develop and implement strategic plans to foster impactful engagement with industry analysts.

Proactively manage analyst briefings and inquiries, advising senior leadership on best practices and ensuring clear communication of the company's strategy and vision.

Organize and lead strategic advisory sessions with analysts and internal leadership to deepen the analyst community's understanding of EY's expertise.

Demonstrate a strong grasp of the market, acting as a services and technology expert to articulate company messages externally. This includes editing content to align with company messaging, exercising sound judgment in representing the company's best interests, and strong situational analysis and negotiation skills.

Spearhead the planning and execution of global analyst summits and webcasts, cultivating relationships and showcasing EY's comprehensive offerings.

Work autonomously while contributing effectively as a team player.

Respond promptly and effectively to complete analyst ratings reports.

Navigate and communicate within a matrixed, international environment to enhance AR team processes and engagement.

A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Communications, Technology, or Business is preferred.

Possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in Analyst Relations, specifically within the technology or professional services sectors.

Exhibit excellent communication, writing, editing, and project management proficiencies.

Demonstrate a proven ability to deliver high-quality work under stringent deadlines with limited resources.
