This role provides the opportunity to support project planning and delivery, build strong partnerships with onshore teams, and offer expert consultation on project development and evaluation. Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive Project/Program Manager support for BMC initiatives, developing robust partnerships with onshore stakeholder groups, and consulting on the development, implementation, and evaluation of client-focused projects.

You will also be responsible for planning and managing project costs, including estimation, budgeting, and control. Driving negotiations, managing project conflicts, and implementing technology-driven efficiency plans to foster business growth are integral parts of this role.

Additional duties involve collaborating with leadership on risk and opportunity assessment, evaluating program performance to maximize ROI, and managing change initiatives within a complex organizational framework. Activating new partnerships and driving efficiency through tools and platforms are also key aspects of this position.

To excel in this role, a minimum of 8 years of corporate experience is required, with at least 4 years in core Project Management domains. A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is essential.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are paramount, alongside demonstrated ability to resolve complex and diverse situations. Strong organizational skills and structured thinking are vital.

Experience includes setting up Project Governance frameworks, creating and managing project artifacts like plans, RACI, risk registers, and budget trackers. Proficiency in managing traditional, Agile, and Hybrid projects is expected. The role also demands proven experience in building senior management relationships, a willingness to adapt responsibilities, and a track record of delivering results through cross-functional, matrixed teams. Flexibility to support various global time zones is also required.
