Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining BPMN 2.0, DMN, and CMMN workflows using Camunda BPM. You will implement end-to-end business processes leveraging the Camunda Engine, REST APIs, and Java. Integration with microservices, external systems, and third-party APIs is crucial. Developing and maintaining Java-based services, delegates, listeners, and connectors will be part of your role. Performance optimization of processes, transaction handling, and error management are essential. Writing comprehensive unit and integration tests for process logic is also required.

We seek individuals with 6–8 years of overall IT experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Camunda BPM, Java, and SQL. Essential skills include strong command of Camunda BPM (version 7.x preferred), expertise in BPMN 2.0, DMN, and workflow modeling best practices, and proficiency in Java and Spring/Spring Boot. Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous messaging is vital. A solid understanding of Camunda process engine internals, relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, etc.), and microservices architecture is mandatory. Key competencies encompass workflow and process automation, BPM/orchestration with Camunda Platform (7/8), architectural patterns like microservices, middleware, and advanced messaging patterns, as well as Spring Boot, Docker, and Maven.
