As a Senior Representative, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base by making a high volume of outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Your primary focus will be on promoting our diverse range of telecom products, including exciting plans, upgrade opportunities, bundled offers, and retention strategies.

You will meticulously understand each customer's unique needs to recommend personalized solutions, consistently striving to achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handling objections with professionalism and maintaining accurate records within our CRM system will be crucial. You'll also ensure adherence to all scripts, quality benchmarks, and process standards, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience that maximizes revenue.

To excel in this role, strong English communication skills with a clear and neutral accent are essential. A natural sales mindset coupled with persuasive abilities will be your greatest assets. You should possess excellent active listening skills and genuine customer empathy, alongside the resilience to professionally handle rejection and objections.

Basic proficiency in system and CRM handling is required. Eligibility includes being a Graduate (flexibility is offered based on exceptional communication skills) with 0-2 years of experience; freshers are warmly welcomed, with prior experience in BPO or sales being advantageous. This position requires adherence to a US-Canada Shift (Night Shift) and involves 10 hours of work per shift, including breaks. The role is 100% Work from Office, with company-provided transportation for night shifts.
