As an integral part of our sales team, you will:

- Initiate high-volume outbound calls to connect with prospective and existing customers. - Effectively promote a range of telecom products, including plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers. - Deeply understand customer needs to recommend personalized, tailored solutions. - Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. - Professionally handle customer objections and navigate rejections. - Meticulously maintain accurate CRM records for calls, conversions, and follow-ups. - Adhere strictly to scripts, quality standards, and company processes. - Deliver an exceptional customer experience while optimizing revenue generation.
