This is a full-time, onsite position requiring dedication to customer satisfaction and sales targets. Engage actively with a high volume of outbound calls to both prospective and existing customers.

Promote a range of telecom products, including plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers, understanding customer needs to provide tailored solutions.

Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques and persuasive communication.

Professionally manage customer objections and rejections, maintaining a positive and resilient approach.

Maintain meticulous records within the CRM system, detailing calls, conversions, and follow-up activities.

Adhere strictly to scripts, quality assurance standards, and established processes to ensure a high level of service delivery.

Possess strong English communication skills with a neutral and clear accent, essential for effective customer interaction.
