As a Call Center Senior Representative, you will be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, promoting telecom products such as plans, upgrades, and bundles. You will focus on understanding customer needs, recommending tailored solutions, and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Effectively handling objections and rejections professionally, maintaining accurate CRM records, and ensuring compliance with scripts and quality standards are also key.

You will deliver exceptional customer experiences while maximizing revenue. This role requires meticulous attention to detail in managing CRM entries for calls, conversions, and follow-ups. Upholding company policies and process standards is essential to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking candidates with strong communication skills and a neutral/clear English accent, coupled with a persuasive sales mindset. Essential skills include active listening, customer empathy, and resilience to handle rejection effectively. Basic system and CRM handling proficiency is also required.

Eligibility for this position requires a graduate degree, with flexibility based on communication skills. We welcome freshers and candidates with 0-2 years of experience, with a preference for those with BPO or sales background. This role operates on a US-Canada Shift basis with 10-hour shifts and is a 100% Work from Office position, with company-provided transportation for night shifts.
