This entry-level outbound sales role focuses on engaging Canada-based customers to promote telecom products and services, driving revenue through expert consultative selling. Key duties include making high-volume outbound calls, understanding customer needs to recommend tailored solutions, and consistently achieving sales targets.

You will professionally handle objections and rejections while meticulously maintaining accurate CRM records of calls, conversions, and follow-ups. Ensuring compliance with scripts, quality, and process standards is paramount. The goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing revenue opportunities.

We are seeking candidates with strong communication skills and a clear, neutral English accent. A natural sales mindset with persuasive abilities is essential, alongside active listening skills and customer empathy. Resilience and the capacity to handle rejection are key traits for success in this role.

Basic proficiency in system and CRM handling is required. Eligibility includes being a graduate, with flexibility based on demonstrated communication skills. Prior experience is not mandatory, as freshers are welcome; however, BPO or sales experience is preferred. This is a full-time, 100% work-from-office position with a US-Canada shift (night shift) and company-provided transportation for night shifts.
