This entry-level outbound sales position focuses on connecting with Canada-based customers to promote telecommunications products and services. The primary objective is to drive revenue through effective consultative selling.

Key duties include: - Making a high volume of outbound calls to engage potential and existing clients. - Presenting and promoting telecom offerings, including plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention strategies. - Identifying customer needs and recommending personalized solutions. - Consistently meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. - Skillfully handling objections and rejections with professionalism. - Maintaining accurate records of calls, conversions, and follow-ups in the CRM system. - Adhering to all scripts, quality, and process standards. - Ensuring a superior customer experience while maximizing sales.

We are seeking individuals with strong English communication skills and a neutral, clear accent, coupled with a natural sales mindset and persuasive abilities. Essential qualities include active listening, customer empathy, and resilience in the face of rejection.

Basic proficiency in system and CRM handling is required. This role is open to graduates with 0 to 2 years of experience; freshers are welcome, and prior BPO or sales experience is preferred.

This position requires a commitment to working a US–Canada Shift, which involves night shifts aligned with North American time zones. The role is 100% onsite, requiring your presence at the office for all working hours, including scheduled breaks. Company-provided pick-up and drop services are available for night shifts.
