As a Senior Representative, you will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls to engage prospective and existing customers. Your key duties will include promoting telecom products and services, understanding customer needs to recommend tailored solutions, and consistently achieving sales targets.

You will also handle customer objections professionally, maintain accurate records in our CRM system, and ensure adherence to all compliance and quality standards. The goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing revenue opportunities.

We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills and a neutral, clear English accent. A natural sales mindset, persuasive ability, and excellent active listening skills are essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate empathy towards customers and possess resilience to effectively handle rejection.

While a graduate degree is preferred, flexibility exists based on communication skills. Experience ranging from 0 to 2 years is welcome, with a preference for those with prior BPO or sales experience. Basic proficiency in system and CRM handling is also required.
