Engage with Canada-based customers through high-volume outbound calls to promote a range of telecom products, including plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers.

Understand individual customer needs to recommend tailored solutions, driving revenue and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Effectively handle objections and rejections while maintaining accurate CRM records of all interactions, conversions, and follow-ups. Ensure strict compliance with scripts, quality standards, and processes, delivering a strong customer experience.

A strong command of the English language with a neutral and clear accent is essential. Candidates should possess a persuasive sales mindset, coupled with active listening skills and genuine customer empathy. Resilience and the ability to handle rejection professionally are key.

Basic proficiency in system and CRM handling is required. This role is open to graduates with 0-2 years of experience; freshers are welcome, with a preference for prior BPO or sales experience.
