As a Senior Representative, you'll be at the forefront of engaging customers, promoting cutting-edge telecom products, and driving revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your communication and sales skills in a dynamic, people-focused organization.

Engage in high-volume outbound calls to connect with prospective and existing customers. Effectively promote a range of telecom products, including plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers. Understand individual customer needs to recommend personalized, tailored solutions. Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Professionally handle customer objections and rejections, maintaining a positive customer experience. Accurately record all call details, conversions, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Ensure strict adherence to scripts, quality assurance, and process standards. Deliver exceptional customer experiences while maximizing revenue opportunities.

Demonstrate strong communication skills with a clear, neutral English accent. Possess a natural sales mindset coupled with persuasive abilities. Practice active listening and show genuine customer empathy. Exhibit resilience and the capacity to handle rejection effectively. Have basic proficiency in system navigation and CRM handling.

We are seeking individuals who are graduates, with up to 2 years of experience, and freshers are most welcome. Previous experience in BPO or sales is preferred but not mandatory. This role operates on a US-Canada Shift (Night Shift) with 10-hour shifts, including breaks. The position is 100% Work from Office, with company-provided transportation for night shifts.
