Engage with customers across Canada through high-volume outbound calls to promote telecom products and services. Understand individual customer needs to offer tailored solutions and drive revenue through consultative selling. Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while handling objections with professionalism. Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and ensure adherence to all compliance and quality standards for a superior customer experience.

We are looking for candidates with strong English communication skills and a clear, neutral accent. A natural sales mindset with the ability to persuade is essential. You should possess excellent active listening skills, demonstrate empathy towards customers, and exhibit resilience in handling rejections. Basic proficiency in system and CRM handling is also required.

While a graduate degree is preferred, we are flexible based on exceptional communication skills. This entry-level position welcomes freshers and offers 0-2 years of experience. Prior experience in BPO or sales is a plus.
