As a Senior Call Center Representative, you will be at the forefront of engaging Canada-based customers through high-volume outbound calls. Your primary mission will be to promote an array of telecom products and services, driving revenue through consultative selling. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, recommending tailored solutions, and consistently achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Key duties include handling objections professionally, maintaining accurate CRM records of all interactions and outcomes, and ensuring strict adherence to scripts, quality assurance, and process standards. A core focus will be on delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximizing sales opportunities.

We are seeking individuals with a strong command of English, characterized by a neutral and clear accent, coupled with a genuine sales mindset and persuasive communication skills. The ability to actively listen, demonstrate customer empathy, and exhibit resilience in handling rejection is crucial for success in this role.

Familiarity with basic system and CRM operations is necessary. While the role is graduate-flexible, strong communication skills are paramount.
