Engage Canada-based customers through high-volume outbound calls, promoting various telecom products like plans, upgrades, and retention offers. Understand individual customer needs to recommend personalized solutions and consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Professionally handle objections and rejections, ensuring accurate CRM records of all interactions, conversions, and follow-ups. Adhere strictly to scripts, quality guidelines, and process standards while delivering an excellent customer experience and maximizing revenue.

A strong command of English with a clear, neutral accent is essential, alongside a natural sales mindset and persuasive abilities.
