This entry-level outbound sales role involves connecting with Canada-based customers to promote telecom products and services, aiming to boost revenue through consultative selling.

Key duties include: - Conducting a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing customers. - Presenting various telecom products, including plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers. - Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions. - Consistently achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. - Addressing objections and managing rejections effectively. - Maintaining detailed and accurate records in the CRM system for calls, conversions, and follow-ups. - Adhering to all scripts, quality, and process standards. - Delivering an exceptional customer experience while optimizing revenue generation.
