This role offers a structured work schedule with a US-Canada Shift (Night Shift) and 10-hour shifts inclusive of breaks. The position is 100% Work from Office, with company-provided pick-up and drop services for night shifts.

As a Senior Representative, you will engage with Canada-based customers in an entry-level outbound sales capacity. Your primary focus will be promoting telecom products and services, driving revenue through consultative selling.

Key duties include making a high volume of outbound calls, understanding customer needs to recommend tailored solutions, and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. You will professionally handle objections, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure adherence to scripts, quality, and process standards. Delivering a strong customer experience while maximizing revenue is paramount.

We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, featuring a neutral and clear English accent. A natural sales mindset with persuasive abilities is essential.

Candidates should possess active listening skills and demonstrate customer empathy. Resilience and the capacity to handle rejection professionally are key traits. Basic system and CRM handling capabilities are also required. A graduate degree is preferred, though flexibility exists based on communication skills. We welcome freshers and prefer candidates with prior BPO or sales experience, with an experience range of 0-2 years.
