Key responsibilities include making a high volume of outbound calls to engage prospective and existing customers. You will be promoting telecom products such as plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers. A crucial part of the role involves understanding customer needs to recommend tailored solutions and consistently achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Additionally, you will handle objections and rejections professionally, maintain accurate CRM records, ensure compliance with quality standards, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing revenue.
