In this role, you will connect with a high volume of prospective and existing customers via outbound calls. Your primary focus will be promoting diverse telecom offerings, including plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention incentives. You will be expected to understand individual customer needs, recommending personalized solutions. Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets is crucial, alongside handling customer objections and rejections with professionalism.
