This entry-level outbound sales role focuses on engaging Canada-based customers to promote telecom products and drive revenue through consultative selling. You will be part of a dynamic team in a people-focused organization.

Engage with a high volume of prospective and existing customers through outbound calls. Promote a range of telecom products, including plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers. Understand individual customer needs to recommend suitable, tailored solutions.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently. Handle customer objections and rejections with professionalism and resilience. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Ensure strict adherence to scripts, quality standards, and company processes. Deliver an exceptional customer experience while working to maximize revenue for the company.

Demonstrate strong communication skills with a neutral and clear English accent. Possess a natural sales mindset with proven persuasive abilities. Show active listening skills and genuine customer empathy.

Exhibit resilience and the capacity to handle rejection effectively. Be comfortable with basic system and CRM operations. A graduate-level education is preferred, with flexibility based on strong communication skills.

We welcome freshers with 0-2 years of experience, and prior experience in BPO or sales is a plus. This role requires a commitment to a night shift schedule (US-Canada Shift) and is 100% work from office.
