This entry-level outbound sales role involves engaging Canada-based customers to promote telecom products and drive revenue.

Key duties include making high-volume outbound calls, promoting telecom plans and offers, understanding customer needs to recommend tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets. You will professionally handle objections, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure compliance with all quality and process standards to deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize revenue.

We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills and a clear English accent. A natural sales mindset with persuasive abilities, coupled with active listening and customer empathy, is essential.

Resilience to handle rejection effectively and basic proficiency in system/CRM handling are also required. Eligibility includes being a graduate with 0-2 years of experience; freshers are welcome. Prior experience in BPO or sales is preferred.
