As a Senior Representative, your primary focus will be on high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing Canadian customers. You will actively promote telecommunication products and services, including plans, upgrades, and retention offers.

Your responsibilities will also include understanding customer needs to recommend tailored solutions, consistently achieving sales targets, and handling customer objections with professionalism. Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring compliance with quality and process standards are crucial for success. Delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximizing revenue will be a key performance indicator.

We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills and a neutral, clear English accent. A natural sales mindset coupled with persuasive abilities is essential for this role.

Candidates should possess excellent active listening skills and a high degree of customer empathy. Resilience and the capacity to handle rejection gracefully are also highly valued.
