This is an entry-level outbound sales position focused on engaging customers in Canada and promoting telecommunications products and services to drive revenue.

Key duties include: - Conducting high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. - Promoting telecom offerings such as plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers. - Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions. - Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. - Professionally managing objections and rejections. - Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system regarding calls, conversions, and follow-ups. - Adhering to scripts, quality, and process standards. - Ensuring a strong customer experience while maximizing revenue.

We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills and a clear, neutral English accent, coupled with a persuasive sales mindset. Essential attributes include active listening, customer empathy, resilience in handling rejection, and basic proficiency in system and CRM operations.

Eligibility criteria include being a graduate (flexibility exists based on communication skills) with 0 to 2 years of experience. Freshers are welcome, and prior experience in BPO or sales is preferred. This is a full-time, work-from-office role operating on a US-Canada shift (night shift) with company-provided transportation for night shifts.
